We offer Keysteel in both Inch and Metric sizes. The Inch size Keysteel to BS46 Part 1 is manufactured in EN8/C45 Keysteel in a full range of sections and lengths. Standard tolerances are - 0/+0.002'' on both sections.
Metric size Keysteel to DIN6880 is manufactured in EN8/C45 Keysteel in a full range of sections and lengths. Standard tolerances are h9 on width and h11 on height with the standard length being 304mm.
Stainless Steel Metric Keysteel to DIN6880 is produced primarily in A4 Stainless material. Standard length is 304mm (+/-10mm) but any length up to 3000mm can be offered. A full range of standard and bespoke profiles are available as are alternative materials such as Austenitic A2 stainless and Martensitic 431S29 stainless.
